SMS Compliance & Use Cases

Ottomized:

  • Sends messages only to users who have opted in for specific purposes (Use Cases):
    • Informational/Transactional: Responding to inquiries, sending appointment reminders, and account service notifications.
    • Marketing/Promotional: Sending updates on new services, AI receptionist features, and promotional offers (requires separate express consent).
  • Does not send cold SMS and does not use shared or purchased lists.
  • Honors all STOP, HELP, and opt-out requests immediately.
  • Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you or from you.
  • Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use Ottomized messaging services.

Users agree not to misuse Ottomized systems for unlawful messaging.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and A2P regulations
  • Use services for lawful business purposes only

You are solely responsible for your outreach practices if you use Ottomized systems to message others.
