By using the Ottomized website (ottomized.com) and submitting a consultation request, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Ottomized LLC provides business automation consulting services. The free consultation is an initial assessment call with no obligation to purchase services.
3. SMS Program
Program description: By opting in to SMS communications on our consultation form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Ottomized LLC. Messages include appointment reminders, consultation confirmations, and follow-up communications related to business automation services.
How to opt in: Check the SMS consent checkbox on the consultation request form and submit the form.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may also contact us at admin@ottomized.com to be removed from SMS communications.
Help: Reply HELP to any SMS message or contact admin@ottomized.com for assistance.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Consultation Appointments
Free consultations are 30-minute calls scheduled at your convenience. Ottomized LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments. We will notify you via SMS or email if a change is needed.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Ottomized LLC does not guarantee specific business outcomes from consultation or automation services. Results vary based on individual business circumstances.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ottomized LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
7. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
